      After stopping the tap before 20 liters have been drawn, the water hub (Prepaid mater) will alert you to collect your refund, present your user tag and the balance\/money will be refunded back to your user tag.<\/ul>\n

      2. Lipa Na Mpesa, Paybill<\/li>\n
      3. Enter Business Number \u2013\u00a0******<\/strong><\/li>\n
      4. Account Number (e.g. it could be your phone number) \u2013 enter your phone number (07xx xxx xxx)<\/li>\n
      5. Press Send, & you will receive an SMS stating that you have paid \u201cCompany\/org. Name<\/em>\u201d a sum of\u00a0xxx<\/em><\/li>\n
      6. Go to the hub<\/li>\n
      7. Long press\u00a0Tap ONE<\/strong>until it displays \u201ccheck top up<\/strong>\u201d<\/li>\n
      8. Present your user tag<\/li>\n
      9. It will show\u00a0m PAY<\/strong>, give it a few seconds, it will show you the amount that you paid to the company\/organizarion\u2019s paybill via mpesa.<\/li>\n
